GTA V adalah seri GTA yang istimewa, mengapa dibilang istimewa? karena fitur di game ini begitu fantastis, sangat menyenangkan dan keren, salah satunya adalah sistem mengganti karakter, misal disaat Michael menyulik orang, tugas dia menyergap orang yang akan diculik, disaat orang tersebut akan diculik, beberapa musuh berdatangan untuk menembak Michael, lalu kamu ganti ke Franklin dan menembak musuh lewat sniper dan Michael segera menembaki musuh yang tersisa, setelah selesai, Michael meminta Trevor untuk mengangkat dia bersama orang yang diculiknya tadi lewat tali menuju helikopter.
